About

Carolyn Phillips

I have spent the last 30 years of my life in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, a competitive athlete, and the owner and manager of gyms and personal training facilities.  I struggled with eating disorders for several years of my life as a compulsive binge eater and chronic dieter.  I know what it takes to overcome the cycle of binging, overeating, and being overweight without the deprivation that comes with your typical “diet”.  Menu of Life will focus on living healthy and getting fit.

Carolyn’s Menu of Life will offer interactive formats to discuss what’s important to you and your family.  Our website will be filled with fitness tips, lifestyle strategies, and new healthy ways to approach and balance your life.

Looking ahead, other aspects that Menu of Life will focus on in the future will be balancing your life. Whether it’s regarding finance, fun, or fashion, lets explore the possibilities together.

I look forward to hearing from you and focusing future discussions on topics that are important to all of you.
