You can choose from and combine the following types of programs for your one on one or group fitness retreat:
Weight Training – A customized series of one-on-one sessions designed to help you meet your individual fitness goals.
Pilates – Focusing on developing core strength, balance, range of motion, and toning.
Cardiovascular – Keep moving with a variety of cardio routines designed to keep your heart at the ideal rate.
Group Fitness Classes – Carolyn has an extensive group fitness background of 20 years. Class choices include: Pilates, Cardio Kick Boxing, Belly Fitness Fusion, Dance Fitness, Hot Iron and much more.
Stress Away – Stretch, heat, or roll your stress away with a variety of treatments to help keep yourself relaxed and stress-free.
Weight Loss – Menu of Life with Carolyn, as seen on Better CT weekdays on WFSB Channel 3! This comprehensive weight loss program includes on line meal planning, one on one weight loss plans, and fitness assessments.
Massage – Carolyn will bring her team of professionals that will pamper you.
Seminars – choices include: stress management, build a better back, goal setting, fashion fitness, building self esteem. You can discuss with Carolyn what topics you would like to include in your fitness retreat.
